This project posts parcels and handles other people’s cards, so it holds names and home addresses. That is the most sensitive thing here and the fourth clause says exactly how long each is kept, which is: only as long as the parcel or the card is in transit.

What is collected
Only what a thing you asked for needs. If you link your saved cards to an email, the list of cards and — at the mail provider, not here — the address. If you subscribe, the reference your payment processor gives us for the subscription. If you send an enquiry about handling cards, the name or handle you chose, a way to reach you, and what you wrote. If you claim a pack break, the public wallet address that signed the claim, one way to reach you — an email or a handle, so we can ask where to post the cards or offer to price and publish them — and, only if you ask to be credited on the reveal, the handle to credit. If something is being posted to you or you post a card to us, a name and a postal address. That is the complete list, and none of it is collected until the moment it is needed.
02
Saved cards, and the digest you can ask for
Saved cards and slabs normally live in your browser and nowhere else, and most people never change that. If you choose to link an email so they follow you between devices, two things change and neither happens until you follow a confirmation link. First, that list is stored on our server so it can be compared with prices while no browser is open. Second, your email address is stored by our mail provider — not in our database, which holds only an irreversible hash of it and an opaque reference. That is why we cannot email you anything you did not just ask for: there is no address on file to send to. Stopping the emails keeps the list; deleting removes both, immediately and permanently, from the link at the bottom of any digest.
03
Postal addresses are treated as the sensitive thing they are
An address is requested only when something is actually being posted — a pack you bought, or a card you are sending us to handle — is used only for that, and is never retained as a mailing list. It is not published, not shown to anybody else, not used for marketing, and not shared with anyone except the postal carrier handling that specific parcel and, for a card being vaulted on your behalf, the grader or vault it is going to. You are never required to give one; declining simply means nothing is posted.
04
How long an address is kept
For a parcel we send you, until it arrives or its tracking closes — target thirty days after despatch, then deleted. For a card you have sent us to handle, your return address has to be kept for as long as the card is away, which is set by the grader and the vault and routinely runs to several months; it is deleted once the card is back with you or vaulted in your name. Those are the only two reasons an address is held, and neither of them is a mailing list. The way to reach you that you gave when claiming a pack is held until the cards are with you or have been priced and published, then deleted; a handle you asked to have credited stays on the slot, because you asked for it to be public.
05
What is public by nature
A pack break is opened on camera and the video is published, with the slot number and the first few characters of the buying wallet shown so the buyer can see it was theirs — and the buyer's handle only if they chose to be credited when they claimed; the default is anonymous, and the way to reach you is never shown anywhere. Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public on the blockchain by design and cannot be deleted by anyone, including the operator. A card vaulted on your behalf becomes a public token on a public chain, with its cert number and photographs published by the vault under its own terms. Nothing you type into an enquiry is published.
06
What is never collected
No private keys, no seed phrases, no passwords, no payment card details, no government identification, and no date of birth. Nobody from this project will ever ask you for any of those, in any channel, for any reason. Anyone who does is not us.
07
Selling data
Personal information is never sold, rented, or traded. There is no advertising network on this site and no data broker relationship.
08
Third parties
The site is hosted by a commercial hosting provider, which processes ordinary server request logs including IP addresses. Postal carriers receive the address needed to deliver a parcel. If you ask for the digest, a commercial email provider stores your address and delivers the messages. Subscriptions are handled entirely by a payment processor that we never see card details from. Cards handled on your behalf are sent to independent grading companies and vaults under their own terms and privacy policies, which you should read before sending anything. The cross-chain and cert data comes from a pricing feed that receives only the cert number or the filters you chose, never anything about you. The swap page is run by a third party from your own wallet and Re:TCG never sees the transaction. Community discussion may take place on platforms operated by other companies, which have their own privacy policies. No other processor receives your information.

Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not attempt to identify you across other websites. It does set a small number of functional cookies where you have asked for something that needs one — linking your saved cards to another device, or holding a subscription — and each of those is removed when you unlink or unsubscribe. Any aggregate traffic measurement is limited to counts that cannot be traced back to an individual.
10
Children
This project is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted something, get in touch and it will be removed.
11
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done as quickly as it can be. Depending on where you live you may have further statutory rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
